Adult Autism Assessments
THE
BRIEF
I think I'm Autistic, but I don't want to do a full assessment.
For the person who suspects they may be autistic, but doesn't want to do a full assessment.
This is a one hour session to explore your self-identification.
This is not a diagnosis and does not include any written documents.
The Fee: $300 ​
THE ASSESSMENT
I think I'm Autistic.
Lets assess!
For the person who suspects they may be autistic, and wants to do an assessment.
This involves the following:

Intake forms and questionnaires
-
ADHD screening
-
1 x 3 hour assessment via telehealth
-
30 minute feedback meeting
-
Brief diagnostic letter with summary and recommendations​
The Fee: $1500
Please note; this package includes ADHD screening (not diagnosis).

THE
BIG ONE
I think I'm Autistic. Lets do an assessment and comprehensive report.
For the person who suspects they're Autistic and wants to do an assessment, with a comprehensive report. Please note that this is unlikely to qualify you for DSP unless confirmed by an additional clinician.
The "BIG ONE" follows the same assessment process as "THE ASSESSMENT", however you will receive a comprehensive report, instead of a diagnostic letter.

Please note that this will be charged at the hourly assessment rate of $300, however an approximate quote will be provided following the return of intake materials. This allows us to give an estimate of time required to adequately assess and write up your report, based on the complexity of your presentation.

We travel to your school & complete the assessment on-site.
For those querying Intellectual Disability or Giftedness. Cognitive assessments explore a persons ability to process information, think and learn.
This includes:

Specific Learning Disability (Dyslexia/Dyscalculia) Assessment
For children who are having difficulty with reading, writing or mathematics.
This includes:

Academic Assessment, completed on-site at the childs school

Cognitive Assessment, completed on-site at the childs school

Written report with recommendations

Feedback Session
